What actually drives the cost of a bike transport

Bikes are priced per unit plus distance. A second and third bike on the same journey are charged at a fraction of the first because the van is already going.

Motorcycles need a ramp and a two-person load, so they carry a higher handling rate than a bicycle. The quote shows which you are being charged for.

Will you strap over my carbon frame?
Never. Bikes go on wheel chocks with soft straps at the wheels and fork mounts. Nothing is compressed over the frame or the saddle.
Can you collect from a race or event?
Yes, including out of hours. Give us the event address and the collection window when you book.
How many bikes fit in one van?
Up to six road bikes upright in a LWB panel van. More than that and we will quote a Luton.
