What actually drives the cost of a office & business removal

Office moves are priced on crew hours, vehicle runs and the access at each building — not on a guess about "desks". We count workstations, storage, server kit and furniture separately because they move differently.

Out-of-hours work carries an uplift, and it is shown as its own line so you can compare a Saturday against a Tuesday before you commit.

For multi-floor or multi-site moves we quote each phase separately so you can stage the budget across months.

Can you move us overnight?
Yes. We are open 24 hours and a large share of our commercial work runs between 6pm and 6am so nobody loses a working day.
Do you provide crates?
Yes — crate hire, labels and a colour-coded floor plan are part of the quote. Crates are delivered ahead of the move and collected afterwards.
Are you approved for our building?
We are FORS accredited and carry £5m public liability. Send us your building's requirements and we will return the method statement, RAMS and insurance certificates.
